Alter Management LLC is a private company, registered 220 Delaware Avenue, Delaware, USA. Alter Management manages and administrates the Absolute Return Fund Trust investment product, which capitalizes on the elementary and fundamental truths of universal management as well as the market’s needs with regard to investments.
In this respect, Alter Management LLC emulates the Anglo-Saxon investment funds of the multi-manager- and multi-market-type, often referred to as hedge funds, whose capitalization exceeds 1,900 billion US dollars.
Alter Management LLC combines existing alternative management techniques applied in over 700 different and complementary markets (i.e., raw materials, currencies and crossed rates, inter-bank rates, arbitration of convertibles, futures, options, etc.).
Knowing that the best way to reduce risk is extreme diversification, the Company, in association with numerous analysts, based mainly in London, researches and analyzes the daily results of over 7,000 traders in a database. The average age of these managers is 57, with over 25 years of business experience. Each one, without exception, has invested his assets in this activity.
The Company has no personnel and, after generating profits on the markets (high water mark or peak to peak), has only to pay its running expenses, contrary to standard investment funds, which charge for fees, even in the case of losses.
The Company’s partners (of which there are approximately 40) are all independent individuals and companies (outsourced) that are "self reliant", with a high potential for adaptability and mobility. Its senior managers, shareholders, and associates hail from renowned management establishments, and have worked over the long term for individual investors and private investment banks, therefore giving the Company an unrivalled approach and specificity.
The Company has optimized its legal and fiscal framework by foregoing a presence in Europe, and is therefore exempt from various taxes and is not subject to added value tax. Investors directly benefit from these optimizations, which are reflected in an increase of the share’s value. Our status as a private company prohibits us from disclosing any fiscal information.
Alter Management LLC’s management and administration of the Absolute Return Fund Trust allows individuals to access special management services that, until now, were accessible only to pension funds or institutional investors and required significant investments.
The Company’s privileged banking partners are leading international banks, as well as the majority of French banks, with custody of the Trust’s shares on behalf of third party.
They apply international agreements and the IMF’s directives with regard to money laundering.
